2. Polyester warp-knitted fabric: The fabric is flat, bright in color, and can be divided into thick and thin. Thin type is mainly used as shirt and skirt fabric; medium and thick type can be used as men’s and women’s clothing, windbreaker, jacket, suit, trousers and other fabrics;
3. Warp-knitted velvet fabric: The surface is densely fluffy, it feels thick, plump, soft, flexible, and has good warmth retention. It is mainly used as winter clothing and children’s clothing fabrics;
4. Warp-knitted mesh fabric: The mesh fabric has a light texture, good elasticity and air permeability, and a smooth and soft hand feeling. It is mainly used as a summer shirt fabric for men and women;
5. Warp-knitted loop fabric: this kind of fabric has full and thick hand feeling, firm and thick cloth body, good elasticity, moisture absorption, good warmth retention, stable loop structure, and good wearing performance. It is mainly used for sportswear and lapel T-shirts. , Pajamas, children’s clothing and other fabrics.
Low-elastic polyester yarn or special-shaped polyester yarn, nylon yarn, cotton yarn, wool yarn, etc. are often used as raw materials, using plain stitch, variable plain stitch, rib plain stitch, double rib plain stitch, jacquard, terry, etc. Woven on various weft knitting machines. It has many varieties, generally has good elasticity and extensibility, the fabric is soft, firm and wrinkle-resistant, has a strong hair style, and is easy to wash and dry. However, its hygroscopicity is poor, the fabric is not stiff enough, and it is easy to fall off and curl, and the chemical fiber fabric is easy to fuzz, pilling and hooking.
